Our Methodology
The CHN Technologies Methodology is a detailed system based on five cardinal phases: Initiate, Plan, Execute, Control and Improve. These processes interoperate to reduce risk and regulate quality throughout the life-cycle of a project.
At each stage on the process, pre-defined decision criteria and standardized activities come into play, to help us meet sophisticated scheduling and logistic challenges.

The Process in Depth
Initiate:
During the project initiation phase, meetings are held with clients to define quality requirements and the scope of work, and to help our client understand the risks and rewards associated of their technology initiative. While each phase is critical, the Initiation phase is the most important because it sets the stage for successive phases. Our goal here is to help our clients understand the full range of their technology commitment, and to ensure that all necessary planning is completed in sequence and on time.
Plan: Once all elements of the project are understood, we enter the Planning phase. The objective is to identify and profile risks and to create detailed project management documentation. Our risk evaluation process consists of identifying risks based on our experience, defining risk probabilities, and assessing the impact of these risks on our client's business. From there, we complete the Risk Analysis Plan and Project Charter documents that will maximize our effectiveness on the project.
Execute: The Execution phase is where our technology solution reaches end users. At CHN, we believe that educated preparation during the Initiation and Planning phases converts into a high-quality deployment for our clients. To make this happen we insist on a high level of professionalism and engineering expertise as base standards for our workforce. As a result, our engineers and technicians have the knowledge and tools required to roll out a successful installation, no matter how complex the project.
Control:
In the Control phase, our program and operations teams follow routine practices to ensure that quality levels and commitments are met. Within this phase, we maintain communication with our clients through our proprietary ClientView™ Program, consisting of an industry-leading online project monitoring application, program dashboards, status communications and reporting, and various knowledge and asset management procedures.
Improve:
During the Improve phase, our quality assurance team monitors quality levels and defects. Yet our process goes far beyond traditional quality control. Because some projects last many months or even years, there must be an improvement loop to ensure that efficiencies are gained and held during the life-cycle of the project. Therefore we actively encourage innovation, seek improvements to the project or technology, and monitor advances in technology and developing market trends. The results are brought into the process so that our methodology is constantly refreshed and improved.
